Correct, depending upon my placement of paint. The backside of hole 1 may be inside of path, but right side on outside.

You would not have to move. After a ratings update your good for 2 weeks after at the rating you were prior to the update.

Hi Eli, I believe you can do this yourself. There is a slight price difference between the two divisions that you can settle when you make the transfer. If you have issues, let me know.
