About this tournament

Welcome to the High Sierra cup, in its 6th year running it has gone through a few changes. This year we will be playing Three Links and Dodge Ridge only - returning to a 2 day event! We will be going back to two pools, A pool and B pool. A Pool will consist of all Pro divisions and MA1. B Pool will consist of all the rest of the AM divisions. A Pool Will play 2 rounds at our iconic course Three Links Saturday, and finish with Tee times on Sunday at Dodge Ridge playing the upper course White Thorn. B Pool will play 2 rounds Saturday at Dodge Ridge's lower course Ponderosa, and finish on Sunday with a shotgun start at Three Links.

Players Pack, Scrip and Pro Payout
Players Pack for AMs includes an Innova disc, hat and the usual High Sierra Cup.
Pros get a High Sierra Cup. Depending on how many sign ups we have, hats and discs may be available for purchase, with sales going to tournament expenses and payout.
Scrip will be covered by our friends at OTB.
Pros and Ams will receive more than 100% return on entry fees, between players packs and payouts.

Waitlist
Waitlists will be capped at 5 people per division.
Players on the waitlist who do not get in or who withdraw will get a 100% refund (minus PayPal fees).

Refund policy

Tuolumne County Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Partial refunds will be given per PDGA requirements (section 1.03, see details below). A $5 service fee will be charged all players who withdraw in addition to the percentages below. Please request refunds via the link in your registration email, the withdraw button on the Players tab for the tournament, or via email to the TD contact email ([email redacted]). Refunds requested via the discgolfscene comments, text message, smoke signal, telegraph or other inconvenient method will be charged an additional $5 service fee.

A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before July 24th (30 days prior to the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 25th to August 8th (15 to 29 days prior to registration closing) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after August 9th (14 days prior) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled there will be a 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to August 20th (when registration closes) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
