I’ll help Nick here:
Yes, bring a friend. We drop cash $15 (no change, bring correct amount, this goes to making the payout even) as you sign the waiver.
Social Distancing is still expected. Masks ensure we all go home healthy.
Nick will mark the non-tee pads with markers. He will also have markers for the CTPs (Closet to Pins) to determine those winners.
Non sanctioned PDGA. But we play as if it was, proper rules and etiquette.
Scoring: UDisc is fine. Paper scorecards will be provided. Nick handles results and cash awards.
OB: oh hell yeah, that creek that runs thru is the “min-Nile” and will add strokes. Other than that, there are no OB’s.
Remember, this gathering is meant to teach tournament play. No points are being handed out. No trophies. No titles. Just earning “handshakes and admiration” is all that will be found here. Possibly new friends will be made.
How do I know all this? I was at the first event he held there and I’m returning to enjoy the competition.
I’ll be the guy with the Disc Gator to get all our discs out of that vicious little creek.
