How many players required to field a division?

I believe that the PDGA says you only need 1. Although, you must have 3 on a card. We'd have to combine divisions for a card..

All ams get their choice of either a custom stamped Coyote disc or an almost famous Hyzer Flip Coyote dri-fit. From stock of course.
