Here is the same info: Parking:
Please utilize the map (photos section and in email) and park in the lots (green outline) on the north side of the Stadium (near Bowlin Stadium).
Check In:
Check in will happen at the gold star, indicated on the map, between the two stadiums. Players will receive their player pack items at this time. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before you’re scheduled tee time to give you enough time to check in.
Round Play & Scoring:

We will be utilizing paper scorecards for scoring for this event. Scorecards will be given to a player on the card at check-in and turned back in following the completion of the round. The course map can be found on the Udisc App (udisc.com or search ‘Udisc’ in your app store), and I encourage folks to download the app if they have not. Paper maps will also be available (1 per card) and tees will be designated with numbered cones.
You may play the round with your own discs, but please be mindful of the space we are utilizing, specifically when playing holes 15-18 and try to stay off the infield grass as much as possible. Average hole length is approximately in the 180 feet range, but there are some holes where cement/parking lot come heavily into play.
There is no defined OB for this event, but please be safe. Let’s have a fun and laid back round and enjoy each other’s fellowship!
Weather:
Forecast calls for a high of 84 with 5-10mph winds. While ideal disc golf weather, it will still be hot. Please plan to bring a water bottle or other hydration apparatus. Water will be available at the stadium, as well as in coolers on the course outside of the stadium.
Restrooms:
Restrooms will be available inside of the stadium.
Food & Drink:
Concessions, including beer, will be available beginning at 10am. ALCOHOL MAY ONLY BE CONSUMED INSIDE OF THE STADIUM. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ALCOHOL OUTSIDE OF THE STADIUM. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE/HAVE TAKEN ALCOHOL OUTSIDE OF THE STADIUM, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT IMMEDIATELY AND ASKED TO LEAVE. This is a privilege for the event, please don’t be that person to ruin it for everyone!
Raffle Tickets:
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for $1 each until 2pm. Tickets can be purchased via cash, card, Venmo, or PayPal. We will begin drawing for raffle prizes at 2pm. You do not need to be present to win. Raffle prizes (except for the 18 baskets) will be laid out on a table. Each prize will have a coordinating ticket box (including the 18 baskets) so you may select which prize you want to submit tickets for.
If you purchased raffle tickets via registration, they have been pre-packaged and can be found in an envelope inside of your player pack.
