Just wanted to be sure, I read the PDGA dress code and it says no tank tops, but it also sounded like it was worded towards top-tier tournaments... Was curious if this is applicable to C-Tier or not, or with this crazy heat will tank tops be acceptable attire?

Tank tops are fine expect for Elite Series, National Tour or Majors. You must wear a shirt at all times though.

What is the format for the various divisions? I play MA2. Spring Opener we played long tees. Also what holes have OB?

Not finalized, but everyone will play long tees. Expect paths and across to be OB where it comes into play.
