Hello Spooky Disc Golfers!
Thank you so much for signing up for this event! The course is looking great and spooooky with the edition of carved pumpkins illuminating the course. Players packs will be handed out prior and during the players meeting. I will have a limited number of uv flashlights in various sizes and price ranges for sale at the pro shop. There is also an assortment of Kastaplast and MVP glow discs for sale to complete your glow bag if you're in need of them. If you're planning on using your normal discs, glow tape is a cheap alternative to glow discs. I will try to purchase some glow tape so it is made available to players prior to the round starting tomorrow.
NOTE
Please be aware of your surroundings and other players, especially obstacles like: mole holes and other ways that you can injure yourself. When traveling between holes, please stick to well traveled paths and use your lights if needed. Safety First at all times.
There are some changes to the schedule, due to when the sun is actually going to set. I'm changing the players meeting time and start time to 5 and 6 pm to get us into the darker hours. We're here for glow!
Here is the timeline for tomorrow's event:
Players meeting at 5pm
Tee off at 6pm
Forty five minutes after the last card is turned in, the second round will start. This will give people the opportunity to go grab snacks and rest.
After the second round is complete, and scores are being calculated, we will hand out prizes for whoever has the best costume per division!
Let's have a great time tomorrow and remember, safety is the number one priority.
