With COVID this year, we're taking precautions to keep everyone safe and practice social distancing rules. Remember, this is a township course and we're lucky they support us and kept the course open this whole time, so let's show them we can run a smooth event without no issues.

Here are some things to expect:
For sign in, cards will be set today. If you've already paid, just verbally let me know you're here in the morning. If you haven't paid, we will accept cash or PayPal in the morning with extra $5 day of fee. 1 person from each card will still have to grab the scorecard and flag for each hole.

Players pack - when choosing your disc, if you want to look through them we will have hand sanitizer to use first, other words, you can just grab one.

We will be roping off the area in the center parking lot so people will be able to spread out more during players meeting, awards, and raffle.

Please respect others space and have a great time.

Here's a waiver stating you're playing at your own risk - by paying and playing in the tournament you acknowledge that us and the Township are not responsible (to limit contact, we are not having everyone sign their cards this year - payment is acknowledgement):

EVENT PARTICIPANT COVID-19 WAIVER:
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Henderson Lake Open, Montague Township, Jason Church, Amy Church (Nice Shot DG), and Sweet Spot DG for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."

It's right around the corner - current weather looks dry and hot.

Hole 1 - currently we are monitoring hole 1 - it's still wet, but we're hoping it'll be dry by Saturday to have everyone play the kids tee.

If you are on the list and can no longer play, please let me know so waitlisted individuals can get in. You must drop by Wednesday to get a full refund.

Payment - please try to make payment online prior to Saturday and remember if paying day of there is a $5 day of fee. You can Edit registration and pay on here. If you're account isn't linked, provide me your PDGA# or email address linked to your account and I can get it updated so you can pay on here. Paypal is accepted as well.

Due to concerns with serving food, lunch will not be provided this year, so please plan accordingly.

We will still be having the Raffle this year - we will accept cash or PayPal for this as well.
