Hey Everyone,

I hope you are all excited for Saturday! Here are some details for the weekend. I will be assigning starting tees to everyone once the layout is up on Udisc and will send out further information once that is up. For now here is everything else.

Start Time
We will be teeing off at 7:30 pm. It is a shotgun start so everyone will be starting at the same time on different tees. I will be at the course setting up at 6pm and should take me until around 6:30 or so to get everything ready. Please aim to arrive anytime between 6:30 pm and 7:15pm so that you can get your players pack, warm up and head to your tees.
Scoring and Format
I will be using Udisc live scoring for this event. If you do not have udisc please download it if possible before Saturday. You are only allowed to play with the two discs provided in the players pack (including putting). These discs are the Total Eclipse Envy and the Total Eclipse Paradox.

Layout
We will be playing a modified layout of the short tees at Eastview. The layout will be on Udisc so you will be able to follow along with that. Here are the rough details on the layout.
Holes 1 and 2 will be regular shorts.
Hole 3 short is being split into 2 holes. From the regular hole 3 tee you will be playing down to the winter basket in the middle of the hole 3 fairway as a par 3. Hole 4 would then be from the teepad beside the light post up to the usual hole 3 basket.
The next portion of the layout is played as usual (hole 4 to hole 13, but on udisc will be one number high, hole 5 to 14 due to the extra hole being added)We will then skip to what is usually hole 18 shorts and play down the hill. From there we move over to play a par 3 from what is traditionally the hole 14 drop zone to hole 14s basket.
After that we play two temp holes on the mini soccer field and volleyball courts that are on route to the parking lot which makes a full 18 hole layout.
I really hope that isn't too confusing. I will email again once udisc is up so that you can look at the map. 

OB/Mandos
Roads/Paths and over the fence are all OB
Long grass/pond area on hole 10, and the island hole 15 are OB
Sand on hole 18 will play as hazard and long grass past the basket is OB
Hole 18 will also have a double mando between the volleyball posts (I will have those wrapped in lights)

Safety
There are quite a few wooded holes and two hills that will be walked down throughout the round. If you have one please bring a flashlight and make sure to walk safely when traversing the hills. 

Prizes
The winning person from each division will be winning 2 MVP or Axiom discs. I have sorted through everything and there are some great discs in there. I will also have 1 ctp for each division. Here are the CTPs.
