It's on dgcoursereview as a temp course for right now until they finalize their decision to add it permanently. But in answer to your question, yes, it is available to the public right now but you have to bring your own basket, (thus the temp status). The green fee is $5 and the cart is $5 if you so choose to use one. The pro layout is on dgcoursereview but I haven't added the am layout yet.

They have some pretty good camp sites. Like most camp areas they are fairly close together. They have a couple restrooms and a shower. You can get your own for $25/night or I've reserved the big one which will be $5/night per person.
