FRIDAY, September 9 – PRE TOURNAMENT EVENTS
10 AM – 7:00 PM – LO18 Player Check-in at Shillito Park

10 AM – 6:00 PM PDGA Shillito Shootout Tournament
• Flex Start All Day - $20 – PDGA C-Tier Event ---- Last start time 6:00 PM
• Prizes available following last card or at LO18 awards Sunday afternoon

6:00 PM Random Draw $5 Doubles at Veteran’s Park
• 5:30-5:45 PM registration/partner draw
• $5 entry- 100% payout

SATURDAY, September 10
Final player Check-in – 7:30-8:00 AM
Players meeting: 8:00 AM

ROUND 1 – 8:30 AM
POOL A – All Men’s Open and Advanced Divisions at Veterans Park
POOL B – All Women, and Intermediate, Recreational, and Junior Men’s Divisions at Jacobson Park
( if total field of the tournament is less than 60, the field may be combined into one pool and all players will follow the Pool B schedule for the weekend; pools may be adjusted based on entry)

ROUND 2 – 1 hour 15 minutes from last card turned in from Round 1- see TD for official time
POOL A – All Men’s Open and Advanced Divisions at Jacobson Park
POOL B – All Women, and Intermediate, Recreational, Novice and Junior Men’s Divisions at Veterans Park

PLAYERS PARTY & DISC SWAP
Following round 2 at Jacobson Park – Food & drinks provided; Disc sales and events from Bang-A-Chain disc golf.

SUNDAY, September 11
ROUND 3
POOL A – 8:30 AM - All Men’s Open and Advanced Divisions at Veteran’s Park
POOL B – 9:00 AM - All Women, and Intermediate, Recreational, and Junior Divisions at Shillito Park

Lunch on your own

Final 9 – 12:30 PM @ Shillito Park - Expanded 9 hole course at Shillito Park
Final 9 for top 50% of Men’s Open division or top 4 (whichever is greater)
Final 9 for other Open divsions with 9 or more players (top 4 plus ties)
Final 9 for top card in Advanced and Intermediate divisions with 9 or more players (top 4 plus ties)
All participants and spectators meet at Shillito #1 tee for instructions
* Time of Final 9 subject to change depending on round completion times

AWARDS CEREMONY- At the immediate conclusion of Final 9
All participants gather at Shillito Park Shelter beside Hole #18 basket
Amateur prizes will be available for pickup at 1PM

Final 9 Sunday for Intermediate, Advanced & Pro Divisions that have at least 9 participants. Safari layout at Shillito.

IF we have less than 60 total players we will move to one pool using the B Pool course layout. To be determined Friday.
