Such a fun weekend! Thank you all for coming out, and contributing to our first EVER multi-event competition, and the Biggest (and I'm gonna say BEST) Gorilla GetDown so far!! This was the first time, as a club, that we have done anything different than a straight Tag Match, or Monkey Dubs Round, and I'm going to go out on a limb and say it was a SUCCESS!! I know it was my first RIPT round, and definitely not my last! As long as a great time was had by all, I don't care where I placed!!

A big Congrats to Alvin for taking the First Ever Gorilla Cup!! Showing us all how to ROCK the courses this weekend...Steadily Solid!! Beat Adin by one point overall! Lee was a very close third, only one point behind Adin, making this a very competitive weekend!

A HUGE thank you to Dru for putting the time, effort, heart, soul, and his own money to make sure this weekend was as fun as it was. Another HUGE thank you to Joe Winn for the discs, stickers, and general friggin AWESOMENESS!!! Joe, you really know how to make an entrance, and thank you again for what you did for us all! To all who put up CTP prizes (Lee, Adin, Dru, Jaimee, anyone else I'm forgetting), thank you!! To those who shared their food/tent/sleeping bags/baskets/glow stuff/chairs/etc. THANK YOU!!! There is a reason why we call ourselves a Family...and you all really showed it this weekend!!

A very special THANK YOU to you...The Fam. You all are the main reason why I love this sport so much...

We grew by two Tags this weekend, welcoming Scotty "DO Make Putts", and Sky (Skittles, Skillet, Skizzles, etc.) to The Fam!! Great additions!!

Just to clarify, there is no payout from this weekend, the "payout" on the Scene here is your point totals from the three events you turned in as your "Scoring Rounds" for the Gorilla Cup. Sorry if there is confusion on that.

IT'S HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come rain or shine, you KNOW we GetDown! Our first EVER Gorilla Cup!! A SilverBack competition to take home the Championship!! There are TONS of prizes and awards, you will be surprised with what the FAM has put together. BIG SPECIAL THANK YOU to Stylez for making this all happen!! I also need to thank my wife, even though she's never on here, she did a TON for us..!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You'll see!

I am hedn out from Vantucky at about 3, and should be arriving no later than 4. There are already Gorillas at Horning's (Lee, for one, and Alvin will be getn there earlier than I), and don't forget we're in Camp J (just ask where that is at the top when you arrive, they should also know the SilverBack name, too).

*BEFORE YOU SET YOUR TENT UP, please check with either Dru or Toby! Again, we are going to have quite a turnout this year, and we have a plan to make sure everyone has a spot!*

I'm so STOKED!!!!! I will see you all out there!!
