Good afternoon everyone!

First off we want to thank each and every one of you for participating in our event. We love Monroe and we wanted our first “big” event to be here.

We have the first shelter rented across from the concession stands as you enter the park and that’s where tourney central will be before, during, and after the event. This is where you will check in and pick up your player pack. We will be distributing player packs from 730am-830am. If you do not pick up your player pack before round one please grab it between rounds. We want all player packs picked up prior to starting round two. With a field of this size, we will be concentrating on getting payouts ready for our top finishers without having players asking about the player pack that they didn’t pick up yet.

Water will be available at hole one as well as water jugs spread around the course for fill ups. Please make sure your water bottles get thrown away in the garbage cans.

All OBs will be in PDGA Live. This is our preferred scoring system. This is the easiest for everyone involved and the code for the event is MONROE. New this year, all players must keep score. Again PDGA Live is preferred but disc or paper is fine as long as someone is using PDGA Live.

There is enough parking for everyone so please do not park in the grass.

Restrooms are unlocked by the local police around 8am each morning.

Many of you are in the Ace Fund. All aces will split the pot. If no aces are hit, we will do an ace throw off for 50% of the Ace fund and the rest will go back to the club to put back into bringing you the events that we put on.


We have a very packed field for the event so pace of place is very important. After the last card finishes we will have roughly 1hr for a meal break. The start time for round two will be posted in the comments section on disc golf scene. After round two we will be set up at tourney central with discs and merch for payouts. I will have my van packed with as much as I can bring so you have lots of options.

The course flows pretty smooth. Only one set of pads and one basket. There is one mando and that’s on hole 10. You must go L of the maker tree. If you miss the mando you must retee with penalty.

Hole 19 has the most OB so please pay attention to that as well before you tee off.

We will not have a formal players meeting. This email with take the place of the meeting. At 8:58am we will blow the horn twice. When it’s time to tee off we will blow the horn one long time.

This is a pdga sanctioned event. Please make sure you are familiar with the rules of the pdga while participating in an event.
