We just sent out an email with the important details you need to help get ready for the tournament this weekend. Please take time to read the email so you're aware of some of the updates. There were a few registrants that did not have accurate emails. If you didn't get the email please reach out to the tournament staff to get your email issue corrected.
Here are the basic details covered in the tournament email:
ANY PLAYER YOUNGER THAN 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the tournament.
IT TAKES AROUND 40 MINUTES TO GET TO GILMAN RANCH FROM CENTRAL MISSOULA on mountain backroads. Plan to leave early and allow for extra travel time! Map apps are not always accurate. Please see the picture posed with basic directions to help get your transportation sorted.
NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE. Please plan accordingly!
If you or your child would like to play with a friend or other family member, please send your preferences and we will try our best to put them on the same card together, but we can’t guarantee it.
Unfortunately, WE WERE NOT ABLE TO SECURE A LUNCH SPONSOR AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE LUNCH ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT. Sorry about this change. Please bring the food you and your family need to be fueled for an incredible day of disc golf!
PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM so that you have enough time to get checked in and participate in the Disc Golf Form clinic before the tournament begins at 10:10 AM.
CAMPING ON SITE AT GILMAN RANCH IS AVAILABLE on Friday night of tournament weekend. If you'd like more information about camping on-site, please reach out to the tournament staff.
Every player (or their chaperone) are required to keep score during tournament play (while paper score cards will be available, KEEPING SCORE ON THE PDGA LIVE APP IS VERY STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! It would be a great idea to download this app before tournament day:
https://www.pdga.com/pdga-live-app. This app will allow you to check in to the tournament when you arrive and keep score during your round.
PLANS CHANGED? - We have over 80 players signed up to participate in the tournament this weekend! We also know that plans change. If you or your family are unable to attend the event please head to the tournament registration page to withdraw from the tournament:

PURCHASING RAFFLE TICKETS / ADDITIONAL DISCS - There will be an opportunity to purchase discs as a small tournament pop-up shop on the day of the tournament. PayPal will work as a form of payment, but cash will be much easier. There will also be raffle tickets being sold for $5 a piece. Raffled items will include a Portable disc golf basket, new and collector discs, and other prizes.
