Hello Everyone!

Thank you all for registering for the Monday Getaways @ Ponderosa #1. This event and all future events of the Monday Getaways are to help provide all you players with more options for organized tournament play this year, demand has grown and we want to provide you with more!

I will be reviewing tee times tomorrow(Saturday) and reaching out to any group that has less than 3 players to adjust tee times accordingly, so if you are in a group of less than 3 find a friend to bring along with you and fill that time slot up!

I have attached the general course map and the course notes for us this Monday. We will be playing 18 holes of golf and this layout is intended to be used for most(if not all) Monday Getaways to provide consistency with no ability to offer practice days for these 1 day PDGA C Tier events.

Please note that we are not playing Course holes 7 or 9.
Hole 8 we are playing the fantastic LONG tee
Holes 12 and 16 are Pro Tee Pads.

Please check in with me at the snack shack 15 minutes prior to your tee time so I can get you rolling! At the snack shack around 11am or so food options will become available for purchase such as hot dogs, burgers, other snacks too! They will have some beverages available in the shop but it is best to make sure you have plenty of water since we are avoiding shared water stations on the course.

Caddies and Spectators will be allowed and we ask that they respect and maintain the same social distancing and mask requirements if unable to maintain safe social distancing.

PLEASE give yourself time to get to the course, there is construction on I-25 and at times a detour will be in place, allow EXTRA TIME.

Scoring is going to be done on PDGA.Com/Score the code to get in is Ponderosa PLEASE do not log on until 10 minutes prior to your start to keep things from getting weird on the web page. BACK UP SCORING will be the free UDISC APP, the layout is active and loaded on the app now. YOUR OFFICIAL SCORE CARD IS THE PDGA WEBSITE CARD. 1 Person keeps score on UDISC, and 1 Person can keep score on PDGA, the group can also rotate around the PDGA digital scoring by logging out and the next player logging in.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO STICK AROUND UNTIL YOUR SCORE IS SUBMITTED, If you decide to leave your group before your card is submitted and things are wrong, you can and will be assessed the proper penalties per PDGA Rules.

Payouts:

Ams will get payouts to the top 45% in your division to the Ponderosa gift shop. Those will be emailed out on Tuesday afternoon following the event and will be able to be redeemed at future events, or on select open days this summer that the course will be available.

Pros will get payouts to the top 40% in your division via paypal, this will be sent out Tuesday or Wednesday. Huge thank you to Gazebo Disc Golf for their assistance with this!
