About this tournament
One Day, two round C Tier benefiting the GVDG Kids Scholarship Fund.
Both rounds will be played on the Upper Park Disc Golf Hybrid Course on Farmville Country Club's golf course.
Saturday July 23:
Check in 7:30-8:30am
First Round Tee: 9am
Lunch: following first round, on site, provided for all players
Second Round: 1 hour after last card is turned in from first round
Awards following second round.
All AM payout through Eastern Disc Golf, on site, all Pro payout through PayPal.
Friday July 22:
Practice Rounds will be available by tee time from 9am-2:15pm. A round will cost $20 whether you use a cart or not. A cart can hold 2 people but will still only cost $20.Therefore you and a friend can practice for $20. The proceeds from the practice rounds will be donated to Farmville Parks & Recs to their Tee Pad fund to help the Farmville Disc Golf Course. You will pay in the club house, please plan to have paid for your round/cart no less than 10 minutes before your tee time or people standing by will take over your slot. Breakdown:
$85 Entry for all division
$35 to Scholarship - This includes players fees through PDGA CEP. All non PDGA members will have their $10 fee donated to the scholarship.
ALL AMS - receive 60" Discmania DEPC Umbrella & Eastern Disc Golf Store credit - Store on site.
$5 from each entry goes to lunch fee
All amateur payout will be through Eastern Disc Golf - store on site
Pro Payout - paypal via Greenville Disc Golf
We've raised over $3500 in scholarship money over the first two years and we are aiming higher this year. We give out the scholarship(s) to graduating Pitt County High School seniors who intend to further their education in a field that can positively impact disc golf. Through the application process the applicants will have the opportunity to display their qualifications though this process.
