You are receiving this because you are signed up to play GVCCC on Sat. Want to start out by saying thank you for signing up and hope you all have a good time.

All the people who donated to Sat when signing up for Sun.
Everyone will need to be checked in BY 9AM! We will be set up about 8am.
We will be teeing off at 9:30 with 2 minute warning at 9:28
2 rounds of 18 holes from the short pads with approximately 1 hour lunch break in between rounds.
We will be using live scoring for the women and I will give the access code Sat and score cards for the juniors if not 2 phones to keep score in each group.
With the juniors it would be helpful if there was a couple parents to walk with to help with scoring.
As for out of bounds (OB's) general rule is on or over any road you don't play across, over any fence or on any concrete such as shelter, bathroom, etc. Playgrounds are OB.
Road on hole 2 and 9 will play safe for Sat.
Holes 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16 have only 1 tee pad the rest have 2 tee pads so make sure you play the correct tee pads.
They have been pouring some new tee pads in preparation for the make over happening in the near future so make sure you do not play any of those.
I will have tournament discs for sale $16each or 2 for $30 and various snacks/bottles of water (free to all).
