Tournament refund / cancellation policy
GCDGA is responsible for all refunds.

Refund Policy is as follows.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive 100% refund minus fees.

If the request is within 2 to 7 days before the start of the event, the player will receive 100% refund minus fees, ONLY IF their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the spot is NOT filled, PROs will receive 50% refund minus fees. Amateurs will also receive 50% minus fees. If a Player Pack was part of the event, Amateurs will ONLY receive the Player Pack.

If the request is made within 48hrs of the start of the event, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. Exceptions may be made for extreme situations.
