This Tournament is to help raise funds for Will and Latricia Shusterick who is gonna have a baby soon who will need to go under surgery for the next 2 years.
To give you a little background on why im raising funds.They diagnosed baby Schusterick with Tetralogy of Fallot, which is a combination of four different heart problems. The four being pulmonary stenosis, ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta, and right ventricular hypertrophy. He is going to need 1-3 open heart surgeries in the first year of his life and possibly one might need to happen as soon as he is born.
Since they have been good to me as my sponsors through Prodigy Discs i would like to give back to them to help them with their medical expenses and anything else they will need.
Please i encourage everyone to come and play and help out the Shusterick family and give to a good cause.
Tournament central will be Located at Moser Park in New Haven, Indiana. Everyone will play 18 holes. MPO through Am1 will play the Long tees and the AM2 and below will play Short tees.
Registration check in time will start at 8am and will end at 9:15am. There will be no walkup registration the day of. Players meeting will be at 9:20am to go over tournament rules and Layout. All players must be at their assign tees by 10am.
When it comes to payouts, every registrant who registers $10 of the registration will go towards payouts and the other $10 will go towards the donation to the Shusterick family.
