I see that there are only 87/90 players registered, does this mean that the first 3 players off the waitlist will be able to play?

The event is still over the planned capacity. Waitlisted players will be notified by email if they are promoted.

Good to hear. So basically no extra holes out in the open this year or on top of the sewer thing?

Brad Moseley   February 13, 2021 at 12:19am

Just the courses normal 21 holes

Jacob Chesser   February 17, 2021 at 6:28pm

Dang. I loved the OG 22nd downhill island hole. RIP.

Frostbite 2021 will have some changes from year’s past. Tournament central will be located on the amphitheater stage instead of inside. Starting Holes will be listed on the PDGA site prior to the event start. Scoring will be done using pdga digital scoring. OB info and players meeting will likely be virtual and coming soon. More updates may be coming. Any updates will be posted on discgolfscene, the fb event page, and Opelika Auburn Disc Golf fb page.

Please maintain social distancing and wear a mask. Stay safe and Thank you in advance!

Players Pack ?

Brad Moseley   December 23, 2020 at 1:49pm

Players Packs for Ams include a shirt and other items to be determined. Players pack values typically are very close to or exceed the cost of entry for ams. We do this while still having trophies and traditional merch payout.
