If a Hole in One (Ace) is obtained by a player who has contributed to the Ace Pool, they will receive 100% of the Ace Pool balance. If more than one Ace is hit, then the Ace Pool balance will be split equally amongst those who obtained Aces during the event. If no Ace is obtained during the event, a CTP (Closest To Pin) contest will be conducted at the conclusion of the event for 50% of the Ace Pool. The other 50% will be allocated toward fundraising for the Frontier Open.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy FlightPlan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Any cancellations prior to Aug. 22 will receive their entry fee back, minus a $5.00 Handling Fee and the DG Scene fee. Players who request to withdraw from the event on or after Aug 22 will forfeit 100% of their entry fee. No Call, No Shows on the day of the event, for any reason, forfeit their entry fee and players package, if applicable. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
