ATTENTION PLAYERS

There is no player’s meeting. This post will work as your meeting. If you have any questions, please feel free to come ask them.

This event is one round.

Players may tee off anytime between 3pm-6:30pm. Players must play in groups of no less than 3 and no more than 5. Players may choose their groups or may be requested to be placed into a group. Players that request to be placed into a group will be assigned a group when they check in. Players do NOT have to play with other competitors from the same division, and may play with card mates that throw from different pads. Be sure to ask any questions about this type of play before you tee off.

Players that did not get a chance to pre-register will have an opportunity to walk up and pay the day of the event as long as they are there BEFORE 5:00p. Preferred payment is by PayPal (which a code will be available at the check-in table)

Players playing the longs, please be aware when sunset is and how long it will take to complete your round (with a crowd there). If you plan to play longs, please tee off before 6:30p to ensure you have enough light to complete your round.

Players MUST check in with the TD at the tent next to the basketball courts and the practice basket before starting their round. If no ace is hit during the round, the CTP tiebreaker will be on Hole 17 for all divisions.

OBs & Mando:
- On or over any pavement or sidewalk is considered OB
- Hole 18: Inside the tennis courts are considered OB. Over the fence along the right side of the hole is considered OB.

CTP, 50/50 and Ace Pool: Please note you do NOT need to pay for any CTP or LONG PUTT. You must pay the $5 for the Ace Pool and $5 for the 50/50 to patriate in those.
- Hole 1: CTP (MA1 & MPO)
- Hole 2: CTP (MA2)
- Hole 6: CTP (MA3)
- Hole 7: Long Putt (All Divisions)
- Hole 8: 50/50 (All Divisions)

Current 50/50 Pot: $140
Current Ace Pot: $160

The player pack will be one GLD Limited Edition Disc (roughly worth $20) for every amateur division player (up to 100 players).

Am payouts will be in the form of online vouchers to greatlakesdisc.com.
Pros and the 50/50 winners payouts will be sent via PayPal.
All payouts will be sent out no later than 11:59 pm the following Monday.

YES, you can. I will allow any walk-ups the day of to still play IF YOU ARE THERE TO TEE OFF BEFORE 5:00p. This is to ensure those that are already signed up will have enough sunlight and time to play.

Also, if you are playing from the longs, please note you need to plan ahead. PLEASE be sure to tee off NO LATER than 6:00p to get your round done in time. We expect the course to be busy so the later you tee off the more likely you won't have time to finish.

My apologies, I made an error. When signing up it asked if you wanted to be in the 50/50 or CTP pools. This is an error as everyone is in the CTP prize pools automatically.

The CTP pool is actually the ACE pool. It has been corrected for future registrations. IF you signed up for the CTP and did NOT want the Ace pool, please talk to me the day of the event about your $5 refund. I apologize for the confusion, the error has been corrected for future flex events.
