Hi Clayton. You're still on waitlist. I am not sure why DGS has you with a payment owed. Disregard, you're the last one on the waitlist for your division. Cancellations have picked up, so its quite possible you will get in.

Will the gold layout be playable before the event and when can we be expect to be able to play it for practice

The gold layout will be in place Friday before the event. It will start taking shape Thursday. We will have a communication out this week, and the finalized course layouts available.

Hi Ryan, I am currently working on three withdrawal requests. So things are picking up on people dropping as the event nears. This is my first A-tier tournament and I'm wondering if the dress code will require collared shirts as recommended in the Competition Manual section 3.04. Sorry if this is a dumb question! Thank you.

Not at all dumb. We appreciate the sentiment. Yes the PDGA dress code is in effect but read it thoroughly, not everything needs to be collared. Well dressed players do add to the atmosphere and help set these larger events apart. Thanks so much for signing up and spending your long weekend at Foxwood.

Thanks Darrell. I may have interpreted the guidelines incorrectly. 3.04.D.2 says a well-tailored shirt with a collar is acceptable and 3.04.D.3 says no tee shirts will be allowed. Tennis dress aside, that seems to leave a shirt with a collar. I do want to make the correct choice and add to the atmosphere!

Hi Gabby, we have your request. As we are inside 30 days till the event, the requirements around refunds changed based upon our ability to fill your spot. I have promoted the only other person on the waitlist for your division. We will process the refund once she either signs up, or 48 hours pass.

If there are any more withdrawals just before the event and extra spots open up, is there anyway to get on the waitlist last minute?
Hi Aaron. I see you play mainly in the MA2 division. In the event over the next two days there is a drop from that division and the two currently on the waitlist can no longer make it. I will message you.
