You are receiving this email because you are registered for the Fort Wayne Outfitters Open PDGA C-Tier on September 27, 2020.

This email will serve as the player’s meeting for the tournament. Any questions can be emailed or asked at tournament central.

The Fort Wayne Outfitters Open is being played on the Mastodon Woods Course and the infamous Mastodon Temp Course. See attached for course locations and driving instructions. Course addresses are listed below. A course map for the temp course is also attached. (Hole Signs have been posted on Disc Golf Scene).
• Woods: 1807 E California Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825
o All competitors will play the black tees at the woods course.
• Temp: 2101 E Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46805

The 2 courses are on PRIVATE PROPERTY and we are guests. If you carry-in trash, carry it out! There will be no smoking (of any kind) or drinking at either course. If you are found partaking in these actions, you will be IMMEDIATELY disqualified per PDGA 3.03. These actions could get the permanent PFW course pulled in a heartbeat.

Day-of check-in is NOT required. If you have any questions, feel free to swing by tournament central prior to your round. THERE WILL BE NO DAY-OF REGISTRATION AVAILABLE.

• An email / facebook post will go out when they are ready.
• No you cannot switch cards.PDGA Live Scoring will be used for this event.

· It is HIGHLY recommended that all groups keep a paper backup copy. It is good practice and sometimes technology fails.

Schedule

· 9:50 AM: Arrive to your 1st Round Tee (PDGA will have hole assignments)

· 9:58 AM: Two Minute Warning (Cease all practice throwing. Get ready to tee off)

· 10:00 AM: Round 1 Tee Off (If a player misses the assigned tee off time score is par +4)

· 1-HR Break for Lunch (starts after the last card on YOUR COURSE finishes)

· 2nd Round start times will be posted to the PDGA. (2nd round start will likely be staggered between the courses)

· All awards will be distributed at the woods course at the barn! Cash for professional divisions. Funny money for amateur divisions.

COVID

· Masks are required in any instance where you can’t keep 6 feet of separation.

· Masks are required during the award ceremonies. Please be respectful of others.

I just added a map in the pictures showing where parking and Tournament Centrals will be located. We will have course assignments posted to PDGA.com Saturday. Morning of you will need to show up to your assigned course and starting hole to be ready for a 10am tee off. No official check in or player meeting needed. We will have event staff at each tournament central to answer any questions.
