I would like to donate my registration fee to the club. I was looking forward to the event but the safety of the county is a priority. Thank you guys for doing your part to keep the county safe

Let me preface my remarks by reinforcing that the health and safety of our members, partners, volunteers, and everybody associated with Bay County Disc Golf is our top priority.

Bay County Disc Golf Inc. has decided to suspend all activities until further notice.

Today, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recommended all events at public universities be cancelled or postponed. This means that the 2020 Florida State Gulf Coast Open will not take place on March 21st. We are currently reviewing options for playing this at a later date, but information on that will be coming much later.

For those that registered, we are offering you three options.
1. Donate your registration fee to the colleges. In doing so we will:
- Cover your cost for our summer sanctioned league
- Give you access to two (2) Bay County Disc Golf Summer Series event (trophy only, no player’s pack tournaments)
- Ship you a t-shirt, silipint, and a mini
- Add your name to the list of people that we capture as donors to each campus
2. Donate your registration fee to Bay County Disc Golf Inc.
- Cover your cost for our summer sanctioned league
- Give you access to two (2) Bay County Disc Golf Summer Series event (trophy only, no player’s pack tournaments)
- Ship you a t-shirt, silipint, and a mini
3. Request a refund through DiscGolfScene. In doing so we will:
- Ship you a t-shirt and a mini, deducting that cost from your refund

For sponsors of this great event we will be carrying over your sponsorship for all Summer Series events AND the 2020 Bay County Par 2 event in August.

i had to withdraw from the event due to this pandemic going on with the Coronavirus.... i need to have Amanda Ducker withdrawn as well.... i signed her up under my account but cannot find a way to withdraw her as well... need a refund for both of us please

Is everything a par 3 and is there any to get a ballpark range of the distance of each hole for those who are coming over and playing the course blind?
