    8:30am - 2:30pm

    Player check in at tournament central. Discs and other supplies will be for sale here. Any other donated items will be given away here as well.

    9:00am - 2:30pm

    Players tee off every 10 minutes according to registered time slot starting at hole 1. Report to tournament central at conclusion of your round.

    5:30pm - 6:00pm

    Event conclusion. All payouts will be sent to discstore.com for online payouts via the email used for signup. Payouts should happen within a week of tournament conclusion.

About this tournament

This will be a 1 round PDGA sanctioned rolling start event. All Saturday divisions will play the long tee layout. All divisions playing on Sunday will play the short tee layout. This will be a payout only event which will be handled via online payouts from DiscStore.com. Check them out here https://discstore.com/

Each tee time will require at least 3 player be present to start the round. Since all divisions will play the same layout, divisions are able to mix. Should only 2 show up or sign up for a time, those player will join the next available card (max 5 players). Any exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Ace Pool will be handled separately for each day. Ace pot will be split among all players who ace. Payout will be handled via Paypal. There will be a CTP throw off near tournament central that will happen at the end of each round and will be utilized if no ace is hit at 50% payout. Once/if an ace is recorded, this CTP will be removed for the day. The remaining 50% is directly going towards course improvements such as tee pads, signage, baskets, etc. Only players who paid into the ace pot prior to their round will be able to throw for this CTP.

A leaderboard will be up at tournament central showing the top 45% for each division and will be updated after each completed round.

Discs and other disc golf items will be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds go directly to the club to help continue growing the sport in the area.

$3 - greens fee
$2 - PDGA per player fee
$3 - other event expenses and course improvement fund
$17- player payouts per PDGA guidelines
