Tomorrow is a PDGA sanctioned C-Tier Flex start at Fehringer Ranch Disc Golf Course!
Saturday 12/6/2025. This event is permitted through Foothills Parks and Recreation.
As previously stated on the event page, "First 40 AMs to register will receive a premium custom-tourney GLOW Discraft disc." I have a list of the first 40 who signed up and this is their reward for signing up for the tournament early!
Round times can start anywhere between 8AM and 1PM.
YOU will self-organize and form groups of 3-5. Self-organizing beforehand is ideal. A player may need to be added to your pre-made group, depending on who is around etc.
Everyone has to keep score on their own phone (on either the PDGA scoring website or the PDGA app).
There is snow on the course.
Per PDGA rules, you can attach a ribbon for more visibility, since there is snow. Rule 813.01D.
Here is a good tutorial:

Refresher on Lost Disc: Rule 805.03
If a disc can't be found, then someone should call for the clock to start for the official 3 minute search. If the 3 minute search doesn't find the disc, it is declared as LOST at that time. If someone finds the disc after that declaration, it is too late, the penalty already occurred and still stands.
I think sending a spotter ahead on some of the longer holes will be sufficient, but your choice. Remember to watch everyone's throw, not just your own. This way you can help locate the discs and keep your round moving.
