About this tournament
Back by popular demand Chris Reece & crew will build the famed Woodland Lake Icebreaker course! Although the island has changed owners Chris has secured permission to include it's terrain once again as part of this awesome temp course.
If there is not safe ice we will move to a permanent course nearby. As always #1 course design rule is SAFETY. Especially ones built on frozen lakes ;-) Course gets built in the early hours on the day of the tournament, you may practice on it as soon as baskets are in place. Course will come down immediately following awards (if not during)

In true Fishing for Baskets fashion payouts to the 1st place in all amatuer divisions will be in cold hard cash* With this quick disclaimer, if you have won an amatuer division at any Fishing for Baskets event in the past you may only take cash as an award in a higher division. E.g. if you won Am3 previously, you may still play the same division if you feel that's where your skills lie, however any payout for first place would be in merchandise. You would still earn a trophy, and tons of ridicule. Move up and give a go at the cash again!
