Tournament refund / cancellation policy **Official Tournament Withdrawal and Refund Policy** **Strong Side Disc Golf** follows the official PDGA refund policy guidelines (1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds). Players must officially withdraw via the registration platform (e.g., Disc Golf Scene) to be eligible for a refund. A handling fee of up to $10 may be deducted from all monetary refunds. **30+ days before the event start-100% monetary refund (minus handling fee).** **15 to 29 days before the event start-50% monetary refund (minus handling fee)** *Unless your spot is filled by a waiting list player*. If the spot is filled, Strong Side Disc Golf will issue a 100%(minus handling fee) monetary refund OR provide the player pack (shipping costs apply). Pro players without a substantial player pack will receive the 50%(minus handling fee) monetary refund. **14 days or less before the event start-25% monetary refund (minus handling fee)** *Unless your spot is filled by a waiting list player*. If the spot is filled, Strong Side Disc Golf will issue a 100%(minus handling fee) monetary refund OR provide the player pack (shipping costs apply).
