2023 Firefighters Classic - Sponsored by INNOVA Disc Golf

Big THANK YOU to INNOVA DISC GOLF for sponsoring this event! They will be supplying our player packages for all Amateur divisions consisting of a custom disc, as well as the $100 added cash for the pros!

Also, thank you to Firefighters Park and the City of Troy for allowing us to use the course for the event.

Check In:
Please check in with the staff at the pavilion near hole 2 to get your players pack and ask any questions you may have. You may also add the ace pool, 50/50, and/or raffle tickets when you check in if you didn't do that already. You must check in no later than 8:15 local time or forfeit your spot.

The event is full and there are on people on the waitlist who will take your spot if you do not check in by 8:15. FAILURE TO CHECK IN RESULTS IN A FORFEIT of your spot. Refunds for wait listed players that don't make it in will be issued shortly after the first round tee-off.

Wait listed players that make it in will be fit in where the forfeited players were, meaning you could play your first round with a group not in your own division as the starting holes are already set for pre-registered players. This could also result in a player on a card that may need to throw from/to different tee pads/baskets from the rest of the players on the card. We will do our best to avoid this when filling in groups with waitlisted players, but please be aware of what tee pads/baskets you should be playing per your division's layout.

All long/short tees & baskets, including distances, are notated on PDGA live scoring app for respective divisions.

Tee time will be posted within the app which is 08:30 local time. CTP’s and Longest Putt are also listed on the PDGA live scoring app.


Tee Pad Assignments:
Longs both rounds - MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40
Long(1st)/Short(2nd) - MA50, MA2
Shorts both rounds - MA3, MA4, FA3


Out of Bounds:
Normal OB applies: all park roads, river and pavilion. In/over water and on/over walking paths or the main park road where applicable. Ravine along hole 3's fairway is considered casual water if there is any.


Live Scoring App:
This is a PDGA Sanctioned C tier event where the use of Alcohol or drugs are not permitted. We are utilizing the PDGA live scoring app which contains all the needed information for the tournament. Only one person needs to score. Within the app please be aware of messages that come across and you will be able to contact me if the need arises. You can log into the digital score card now by going over to:

With the digital scoring app you can now have two people keep score eliminating the need for a scorecard. However, I will have a limited amount of physical scorecards available on the day of.


Payouts:
Merchandise payouts for amateurs will be on-site (you can view your payout via PDGA scoring app). Payouts for merchandise only will take place under the pavilion near hole 2 after the raffle and rewards.

All CASH PAYOUTS will be disturbed via PayPal after completion of the tournament.

Due to our trophy maker, Highest Honor, being closed for the 4th of July holiday, all trophies for winners of each division will be ordered post tournament with the winning player's name engraved on the trophy and can be distributed in person or via mail per request.
