About this tournament

The Third Annual Find Your Force Doubles and Distance Challenge is a one-round of 22 holes, best-disc, bring-your-own-partner, women's doubles event at Wickham Park on Saturday May 10th, 2025
This tournament is for all ages and levels of women disc golfers!
We encourage those who have never competed in a tournament to make this their first! On tournament day, there will be a meeting just for first timers, where we will run through some rules and etiquette that you may not be familiar with.
Team registration guidelines:
FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4: Register your team for the division based on the higher rated team member.
Masters: Both players must fall in the range of the division, or the team plays in the division of the younger player.
Juniors: Both players must fall in the range of the division, or team plays in the division of the eldest player.
Individual Entry fees:
$15 for Juniors
$30 for Amateurs
$40 for PROs.
Amateurs Players' Pack will include choice of one Find Your Force Doubles custom disc and one Find Your Force Doubles ZING Mini (marker), perhaps a few other cherished DG related items depening on sponsorships.
Cutoff for division changes is 5/5.
ALL players compete for custom awards.
First place in every division populated by 5/5/25.
First and Second place in divisions with 3 or more teams by 5/5/25
First, Second and Third place in divisions with 4 or more teams by 5/5/25
First, Second and Third in all Junior Divisions populated by 5/5/25
Cut-off is 5/5/25 for custom awards.
PRO players will have cash payouts.
22-hole Alternative Layout for AMs and PROs, with some modifications in the OB.
All scoring for this event will be on UDisc. Cards will be pre-assigned. Play will follow PDGA rules and a Mini must be used to mark your lie (no flipping please).
Not enough interest so pot-luck is off!
Add-ons:
Ace Pot: for $5 cash or Venmo day of! If no aces after 22 holes, the Ace fund will go to Wickham Park Disc Golf Fund.
Amateurs: Team Mulligans (tee shot only) for $5 each; max of 2 per team.
All: Raffle tickets are 5 for $5. Unlimited. Raffle will be held after awards ceremony.
Optional Distance Challenge: $10 for those individuals interested.
The distance challenge will begin when the final cards on 17 and 18 are finished.
How it works: Each competitor throwing 5 discs, with best throw of each person counting and competing by division with 1st, 2nd, 3rd awarded in all 4 divisions Juniors, Amateurs, Masters and PROs, payouts of 1st (55%), 2nd (30%), 3rd (15%), of the total in for the division. If only 2 in division then 70/30 split. Custom awards for first in every division. Cut-off for awards is 5/5.
All: Tee Sponsorship is $25 for those interested in having their name or company name posted at a tee for the day.
Balance of the proceeds from Find Your Force tournament will be divided between Breast Cancer Alliance and Throw Pink.
This is a pay-to-park facility, the parking fee is $10 per car.

Disc Golf Zen is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. If you withdraw after 5/5 there will be a $5 charge per player.
