So some updated information today on Thursday before the tournament. We have several sponsors. We have $400 added to Pro and $400 added to Am. Also support the sponsors if you can. If your traveling into Snyder on Hwy 350 from the Big Spring direction, have a stop at UJ's cafe in Ira (Next to the Dawg Pit sign) for breakfast or breakfast burritos. Amore is an italian restaurant near the park where you can get lunch or supper. 5 O'Clock Somewhere is a drive through alcohol provider in Snyder, next to the Sonic and they even have draft beer in the drive through. But remember, I'm sticking to the rule about no alcohol during the match, even though it's not PDGA sanctioned this year. Also the park allows alcohol, but is monitored closely by law enforcement and they will stop if any unruly behavior. Those who smoke or vape, Colorado vape and glass is just past the Sonic on the opposite side of the road and they will be open. There are many more restaurants and amenities. Many people in Snyder are looking forward to this event and it being a regular thing for the community, yearly. There may be spectators on occasion. I am grateful for all of you folks traveling in for this event. Your support for the sport and this small community is much appreciated.
Remember.
Day of sign-ups from 0800-0900.
We are using live scoring from Udisc.
Registration is at the big Gazbo in the center of the park.
There should be plenty of parking on the West side of the Gazebo.
Bring a jacket, it will be chilly that morning but will warm up during the day.
I look forward to seeing you all there.
