Player's meeting.... Please be conscious of the covid situation that we still must be aware of. This is especially true based on the fact we are going to go with a shotgun start. To be honest, I've grown a little fond of tee times, but not everyone shares my enthusiasm. With a shotgun start, it can cause a cluster of folks at tournament central for check in, break and awards as everyone starts and finishes at roughly the same time. We will be using the digital scoring in addition to a hard copy so you can look up scores online and will not need to crush into tournament central to see the board when we obviously won't have it up as fast as the digital scoring anyhow. I guess what I'm trying to say, is please be patient and please help us maintain social distancing.

At check in, you need to see Marnie or I, check in, if you are not in the Ace/Ctp pool, you'll still have an opportunity at that time. We will also be raffling off a Black Hole HD basket along with several other goodies. Tickets are 3/ $5 or 8/ $10. You'll also pick up your custom disc and a trilogy brand t-shirt. Disc and shirt selection are first come, first served. Disc choice and shirt size are not guaranteed. The shirts are a gift from Dynamic and they sent an assortment of sizes. There will be several different molds of plastic to choose from.

After you finish your first round, please compare the scores from the hard copy to that on the digital scoring, then send one member of the card to the scoreboard with the hard copy please. We will try to get everyone at least an hour for break. Some will get more, and if you are really slow, you could get less. I have a reputation as sometimes being too quick to send you back out. But at least you now have all been warned of the possibility. PLEASE CHECK as to what time the second round will start. It likely WILL NOT be posted online. I have too much going on shuffling the cards and checking scores and such to take time for that. If you don't know....ASK. The start time is the start time. Not X number of minutes after you pick up the card, not necessarily one hour from when you finished round one. So be sure you know when round two starts.

At the events conclusion, same deal as end of round one. Compare hard card to online scoring. Turn hard card in. Please do not crowd around tourney central and please do not start shopping ahead of your group. There will be no finding what you want and holding it until your group is called, that will only get you yelled at by Marnie (and trust me, you don't want that!) We will get everyone paid out as quickly as possible. Again, patience and distance are key!

We will be doing the even/odd/all ace pool challenge for $100 for the first round as usual. The CTP's are cash Ctps done by division with Open/Ma1, Ma2/50+, Ma3, Ma4/women as the groups. It will be a 50/50 ctp with half going to the host club. That is $3 of the $5 ace pool. Each pool ctp is guaranteed to be at least $25.

It's going to be chilly (make that COLD) in the morning. Dress appropriately. We look forward to seeing you all. Bring a smile, a great attitude and lets all have an awesome day!

Thanks again Bob for a great tournament! One question for any of the players! I wasn't familiar with any of the free discs there (I'm an Innova guy) so I grabbed a nice red Sergeant. Well when I got home and did some research I realized I didn't need it... I swear I heard they had Tursas's there and I really wanted to throw one of those. If anyone grabbed a Tursas from the event and would want to trade for my Sergeant give me an IM! Thanks guys.

Are the Shorts the same layout as what’s posted in UDisc as “New 20 Hole Shorts Est. 7/2020”?

OB's will be marked with paint and/or flags.

The Hyzers will also be marking parking and No parking areas at the top of the course. There is also parking at the city building southeast, straight across from the entrance. More parking on the street across from the big new playground. And also a large lot by the pool at the teebox for hole #3 long tee.

Jeff has informed me that there will be a pizza truck on site with lunch for purchase if you may be so inclined. It will be Covid safe.
