As noted in our last email:

We still have Ace Pot to sort out for each of the divisions.

This won't take a considerable amount of time but I've got to get to a spot I can set my machine up so I can actually record the videos. I don't want to keep spamming emails to the 144 people who signed up, so we're going to send out Divisional specific email groupings with a link to the video.

As of right now, we have exactly 3 player spots open for Saturday's event day.

One of those spaces has been reserved already pending confirmation from the player who had last asked us for a spot. They'll let us know before 6:00 pm tonight if they're able to make it.

So in short, there are two spaces open for Saturday.

Here are the divisions that are available:

MA40 - Mixed Amateur Age Protected 40-49
MA50 - Mixed Amateur Age Protected 50-59
MA2 - Mixed Amateur Intermediate
FA2 - Women's Only Intermediate
MA4 - Mixed Amateur Novice
FA4 - We'd really like to see two more FA4's to keep this division alive.

If we don't see two more FA4s that division will be merged with FA2. We require a minimum of 3 players per divisions.

So if you've got some one out there who missed out now is their chance to get a spot.

SATURDAY POOL - FA1, MA40, MA50, MA2, FA2, MA4,

GROUPS
We will not be shuffling cards during the event so you will be playing with the same group for two rounds regardless of your score.

TEE TIMES

Your official Tee Times will be posted BEFORE Friday, Sept 4 at 12:00 pm. For your reference this is how the tee times will breakout divisionally:

ROUND 1 - West Side
Tee Time intervals will be 15 minutes for the first round.

FA1 - 8:00 - 8:15 am
MA40 - 8:30 - 9:00 am
MA50 - 9:15 - 9:45 am
MA2 - 10:00 - 11:30 am
MA4 - 11:45 - 12:15 am
FA2 - 12:30 - 12:45 am

ROUND 2 - East Side
Tee time intervals will be 12 minutes on the east side.

We'll have Tee Times for Round 2 posted on the PDGA event page soon after the last card goes out.

WE WILL HAVE ALL THE SPECIFIC HOLE NOTES ON THE PDGA DIGITAL SCORECARD FOR THE EVENT, we will also send you the Course notes prior to Friday.

There are only a handful of weird hole notes, the majority of this course plays Fence Line as OB.

Please be advised that we will be collapsing divisions that will not be able to field a card of three players. The remaining player spaces are first-come-first-served and not limited to specific divisions.

Divisions currently facing elimination:

FA4 - one player (FA2 will be the target division this player will move to)
MJ15 - We need a minimum of three players to make this division happen.

Discussions with players/parents or both will be occuring before August 21, 2020.

This group is capped. There is a waitlist, it's $10. If you don't get added to the registration list that $10 waitlist fee will go towards the Tournament. Please only join the waitlist if you're willing to experience both the possibility of being added and the possibility you are just showed up too late to the registration race.

Sunday is a pretty interesting day. It only has these specific divisions and there is no reason not to utilize the second course. So we'll be determining if opening up a few more slots might be possible by Wednesday, August 19, 2020.

General Course Clean up

- The Bearberry crew takes care of business, but you might see a few things scattered on the fairways and near the fringe. Feel free to clear that as you come across it.

- If you see anything out there that needs to be addressed that requires tools and/or machinery check-in with Rudy. Do not go about knocking limbs or pushing deadfall over.

I'll add an update after this weekend with the slate of tasks required for the following weekend.

There is a $10 handling fee. If you are promoted from the waitlist that $10 will go towards your full registration fees for your division.

If we are unable to accommodate a space for the $10 handling fee will go to the tournament.

We have two pools playing on different days.

The waitlist fee is $10. This is not refundable. Any adjustments to registration could occur up until the last Saturday prior to the event - August 28.

In order to accommodate as many individuals as possible, ANY ATTEMPTS TO REGISTER FOR TWO DIVISIONS will result in Lobo moving you to a waitlist. If your second date spot doesn't open you'll get a refund minus $10. But you'll cause more work for Lobo and that won't be a good thing.
