The Ace Pool for this event is based on the amount of money is added to the pool from the event entire, not the typical Ace Payout. If an Ace is hit, that player will receive 100% of the amount added from the entries. If more than one is hit, they will split it.
For this event, ALL Amateur Payout will go through one of the options below. The store credit expires at the end of 2024. It will be applied within 48 hours of the completion of the event.
Please select where you would like your Pro payout to be sent to. If you select Paypal, it will be sent Paypal Goods and Services which charges a fee taken from the payout. If selecting Cash, you can pick it up from a future F3. If you choose to decline the payout, you will receive a merch payout instead. (Put store from Am drop down in notes) Payouts are submitted 48 hours after the event. Cash payouts cannot be delivered to a local store.
During the F3 event, we will have two holes with a CTP (Closest to the Pin). There will be a 2 - $25 Gift Certificates issued to the winners. One for UnderPar Apparel Company and one for Flightplan Disc Golf.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy UnderPar DiscGolf Promotions is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Any refund request prior to the event will be refunded, regardless of the reason. The $5 non-refundable amount will be applied to the event/project that this event is raising money for. If you are unable to make the event for any reason, Any no-call no-shows or day-of cancellations will forfeit their entry, regardless of the situation. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
