All Amateurs can pick up their player pack discs near hole one and the parking lot from 7:30am to 8am. Thanks to Discmania for their sponsorship of the event!
There will be a player meeting before round one at 8:05am to answer any questions. Round one will start at 8:30am sharp. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.
Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. We will have two players per card keeping score through PDGA live scoring. The web address for digital scoring is:
http://www.pdga.com/score
Or you can use the PDGA Live App
The event password is:

MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT & FINALIZE THE SCORES FOR EACH SCORER AFTER EACH ROUND! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP!
I have added a course map to the "pictures" section of this event page. All divisions will play an 18 hole upper loop both rounds from the long tee pads to the long baskets with the exception of throwing to hole 5's short basket. We will skip "Pain In My Six" and proceed to "Pinball Alley" which becomes hole 6.
The course rules are as follows:
On or across any fence, road, or parking lot (including curb) is OB. Surrounded by water is also OB.
If there are any questions, you can always play a provisional and we can resolve any questions after the round.
We will have side games of a CTP contest on holes 1 and 18 each round. The flags will be left by the tee pad for the first group that plays that hole to set out each round.
There will NOT be a player meeting before round 2. I will send out another group email with the round 2 start time and hole assignments after the completion of round 1. If no one hits the optional ace pool, that money will be rolled into the event payouts as stated in registration.
All cash payouts will be allocated via PayPal. Make sure that I have your correct PayPal email. Let me know if you have any questions.
