9 pros at 50 bucks adds up 450. Payout total was only 355. Something isn't adding up. Total payout is 95 short of total pay in..

Would it still be possible to cancel my registration for this and get my $$ back? Something JUST came up.
Per the published refund guidelines, you should receive a 25% cash refund ($7.03) However, I'm refunding 50% ($14.06) See PDGA guideline: E. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at 14 or less days from the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a 10% ... more

Do I need to do pre registration, or is day of ok?
Chris, recall this post where I told you that, as a walk-up, you would pay the full fee but wouldn't get lunch or beer.
We actually lost a little money on this tournament because we had no sponsors (other than ourselves, Baltimore Disc Golf, Inc.). When we start getting cash sponsors, we expect to have some sweet payouts, and we might be able to make a few bucks, too.

Which course is the Legacy Course. I have only ever played the original 18 hole layout at Druid. I know you have the X holes now too. WIll those be played?
The Legacy course is the original course at Druid Hill. We will not be playing the wooded holes.
$50 less lunch $5 equals Gross Entry $45 less PDGA Fee $2 less Other Fees $5 equals Net Entry $38 times # of Plyrs 9 equals Total Net Entry Fees of $342
Have you ever run a PDGA event?
I see you played the Sunnyside Championship. Pro Masters payout was $165, and there were 9 entrants. That's $18.33 per entry fee going to payouts. What was the actual entry fee?
Yes I have run tournaments, and most of the time if lunch is coming off the registration fee it is usually noted on the flyer. I understand the players fee.
