Tournament refund / cancellation policy Bob Kulchuk is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will follow the PDGA withdrawal and refund policy. Information can be found here: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103 $10 of each registration is NOT refundable. If the event is cancelled due to COVID or other local, state, or federal requirements, $10 of each registration will not be refunded to cover event set-up costs. PLEASE NOTE: Early Registration Supporters and Hole Sponsorships are NON-REFUNDABLE. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
