Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Tournament Directors are responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Any withdrawals requested AFTER registration closes are subject to refusal. If a player requests a withdrawal after a player pack has been ordered for them (7/12/2026), they will still receive the full player pack, but no refunds will be given.
