Hello Disc Golfers!

Thanks so much for choosing to play in the Northwest Arkansas Open Doubles Championships this weekend. It's our 1st year running the event and we look forward to making it an annual event here in Northwest Arkansas. Thanks so much for signing up and being a part of it!

On to the details:

FORMAT-
This is a best shot doubles event the entire weekend. Both players will throw and use the best shot.

This event is a shotgun start. We will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at Creekside Park. That means you should be on your hole and ready to throw at 9:00 a.m. There will be no player meeting. This email is your player meeting. You must check in at the DD Van by the practice basket before you start! Player check-in is from 7:30-8:30 a.m.

Saturday: Saturday we will be playing all 27 holes at Creekside. This includes the Temp holes across the street. The order of play at Creekside will be: 1-12, A-I, 13-18. This means once you finish hole 12, you will just across the street to hole A. Once you finish the letter holes, you jump right back across the street to hole 13.

Sunday: We will be playing all 27 holes at JB Hunt Park. The order of holes there is 1-18, J1-J9. This means once you finish 18, you come across to hole 1 on the Jr Course to play J1-J9. After you finish J9, you just back across to hole 1 on the big course.

Scoring-
The website for the PDGA live scoring app is www.pdga.com/scores and the password for the event is: dubs21

EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD!!! YOUR ENTIRE CARD WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF YOU DON'T!!!!!!!!! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER!!!!!!

We will post hole assignments on the PDGA event page. That can be found here: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/52006 We will post starting holes on Friday around 7:30 p.m. We will also post starting holes here for the second round on Sunday by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday



PAYOUT
Pros: Pros will be paid out via Paypal on Monday. If your Paypal address is different than the address you used to sign up for the event, please let me know before you leave Saturday.

Ams: Ams will be paid out via store credit. You will be able to check out your store credit as soon as we get it figured out via this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dxY_3IjN-x1T2hEcFLm04du3E7-Qyr-SCyaYlbLhLc0/edit?usp=sharing

PLAYER PACKS:
Due to a general lack of discs available for custom stamping, we are issuing everyone a voucher for $16 plus taxes. You can use this in the Dynamic Discs NWA store for anything you would like.

There will be no OB sheets for this event. If you would like to have a physical copy of the OB sheet, you can print this attached OB sheet I've provided in this email. OB will also be listed on the PDGA scoring app, on the Facebook event page, and on the discgolfscene.com page where you signed up for this event.
