IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
1. Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
2. Player packs will not be received if you cannot check-in. ID required.
3. Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
4. Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
5. Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the $1.34 processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Cancellations made on or before March 28 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.

Cancellations made from March 29 to April 13 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event on or after April 14 will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player who receives NO refund.
