Dye Academy is a disc dyeing workshop where talented artists teach you how to dye you own disc. The topic covered in this workshop is Pours. This style of dyeing uses acrylic paint pouring techniques to create cells and random color patterns on the disc.

The workshop is scheduled from Noon - 1:30 PM, on Wednesday April 27th. The cost for the workshop is $45 per session and each participant will receive a blank white, bottom-stamped disc in fuzion plastic to dye. All dyes and other supplies will be provided during the workshop. Dye Academy will be located on the second floor of the Emporia Arts Center located in downtown Emporia at 815 Commercial Street.
