Tournament refund / cancellation policy Rick van Eijndhoven is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. We strictly follow the official PDGA policy (Competition Manual 1.03) for all withdrawals. All withdrawal requests must be made officially through the Disc Golf Scene confirmation email or by directly messaging the Tournament Director. On or before June 11, 2026 (30+ Days Prior): Players will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee (minus Disc Golf Scene processing fees). June 12 – June 26, 2026 (15 to 29 Days Prior): Players will receive a 100% refund ONLY IF their spot is filled by a player on the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, Pros will receive a 50% refund, and Amateurs will have the choice between a 50% refund OR the Royal MVP Player Pack (shipping costs paid by the player). June 27 – July 9, 2026 (14 Days Prior): Players will receive a 100% refund ONLY IF their spot is filled by a player on the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, Pros will receive a 25% refund, and Amateurs will have the choice between a 25% refund OR the Royal MVP Player Pack (shipping costs paid by the player). July 10 – July 11, 2026 (48 Hours Prior & No-Shows): Any withdrawals within 48 hours of the event, or players who do not show up, will forfeit their entry fee and will not receive a refund or a player pack. Waitlist Policy: Players who register for the waitlist but do not get a spot in the tournament will receive a 100% refund (minus Disc Golf Scene processing fees) once the event begins. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
