What does it mean by 'temporary Campside course'? Is this not at the standard course at Burke Lake Park?

This is a temporary course that is set up in the campground at Burke Lake. This is not the regular course/holes at Burke Lake Park. Here is a walk through video of the course https://youtu.be/vFnIRLGmjkE
