Tournament refund / cancellation policy Jasper Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Refund policy: if you drop by the close of registration at 8:00 PM on October 9, you will receive a full refund. After that point there is no refund unless a player on the waitlist takes the spot; Am players will receive their player pack provided they contact the tournament director prior to the start of the event. If an Am player no-shows and does not notify the TD prior to the start of competition, then they will not receive their player pack.
