The PDGA has suspended sanctioning through May 31 as of yesterday. Unfortunately this means we will be canceling our Down By The River tournament which was scheduled for May 9.
Refunds will be coming in the next day or two. Please let us know of any issues.

Yesterday CDC recommended no gatherings of more than 50 people for the next 8 weeks. Food for thought: If that does not change then could you reduce the field of 72 players to meet the 50 person limit rather than cancelling the event? (Currently 38 registered plus any support staff.)

The YCDC and Daddy Disc Golf will continue to monitor recommendations considering the outbreak and make a decision closer to the tournament. If it is canceled, registered players will receive refunds.

the tournament is in may so we should be fine by then. We will just have to wait and see if things change in the long run.

Just a reminder, YCDC members will receive a $5 refund, day of the tournament.
My suggestion would be to keep it at 72 but have 2 tournament centrals. 1 for Pro/MA1 and 1 for remainder?
