Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Greater Wellington Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

REFUND POLICY
100%: refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued to any team pulling out before 8pm on 31st July.
Any withdrawals after 8:00pm on 31st July will not be eligible for any refund unless the space can be filled from the waitlist. Players may transfer their entry to another team if there is no one on the waitlist.

DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
