PLAYER CHECK IN STARTS AT 8:15a.m. You must check in to receive your players pack. Don’t like the color of discs you get? We highly encourage trading! Meet some new people and interact! MARK YOUR DISCS!!!! Sharpies at check in.
2 minute warning will happen at 9a.m. (listen for Jump Around!) You can only use the 3 discs provided for the Circuit Event, lose a disc…well you are down to 2! If a tie occurs for first place for the Circuit Event, we will have a CTP throw off on hole 1. Paper score cards will be given, and must be turned in. Backup can be kept on Udisc Division winner will get a very limited edition Axiom Watermelon Paradox.

Upon completion of the Circuit Event, there will be a minimum 60 minute/maximum 90 minute lunch break.
During the break, there will be the free form check with Bryson James of Local Route Disc Golf Instruction, an elimination style dubs putting contest (grab a partner!), and mini golf course for play.

Start time and hole assignments for the sanctioned event will be posted at least 3o minutes prior to the start of the C-Tier.

The C-Tier will have live scoring on PDGA, and both the primary and back up for each card is to utilize live scoring. Password is DGDuel. Upon completion of the round, if there is a tie for the lead within any given division, we will hold a 3 hole playoff with cumulative scoring. The holes will be 20, 1, 2. If still tied after these 3, sudden death playoff starting on hole 1. Division winners will receive custom trophies created by The Art of Disc Golf

Water cooler available at Hole 1 and Holes 9/13. Please place empty bottles in provided trashbags for recycling!

Similar to Joe, I also withdrew from this tournament, but the PDGA page still shows me as registered. I have not received a refund. (I withdrew about two weeks ago).
