Strong Side Disc Golf follows the official PDGA refund policy guidelines (1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds).
Players must officially withdraw via the registration platform (e.g., Disc Golf Scene) to be eligible for a refund.

Outside 48 hours of the event start date-100% monetary refund.

Within 48 hours of the event start-receive the 50% monetary refund.
