Kevin Conley 4d Additionally, a one stroke penalty will be added for each question asked that is answered explicitly in the FAQ. Two strokes when the answer is literally the first item asked and answered.

Micah Worrell So there's a chance that I'm going to rate up into MA2 before this (and all of the events during the week I've signed up for). Some of these events are already full. Is that going to be an issue or do you just move my division? What are the guidelines if you rate up right before a tournament? May 7
